We have/had 2 trees in the backyard. A huge, gorgeous oak, and a huge maple (I hate the maple). We had a company take the tree down and leave it for me to cut up for firewood. I took a bungie cord and asked them to leave the bottom 4 or so feet as is. My neighbor, asshole Steve, (That’s how HE introduces himself) gave me the idea to put a table top on the tree. I figured, why not do that and while I’m at it, build a deck around it.
